The home was no longer listed, however, he called and got an appointment to show me. That home was too big for me. Conner, contacted me on another Manufactured Home in a different Estate Community and set an appointment to look at it. It was perfect. Everything I asked for was in this home. He listened to all my wants, and delivered me my "Dream Home". I have moved in, he came and reset my door codes for me, he was there for the home inspection, he suggested a new Mortage Company for me when I was at my wits end. He negotiated vigorously for me when the appraisal came in lower, he got me a great deal. He dropped everything and came to my closing at the Title Company, last minute when I called and asked him to be there. Conner is one of a kind.
